Refund policy

You may return new, unused items purchased within 14 days of delivery

*All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packing
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use
• If the return isn't caused by the product quality, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
4. As we receive the return item and check condition, you will get the full refund.
